Position Overview

The Financial Analyst plays a critical role in supporting business performance by delivering financial insights, planning, and analysis across programs and operations. This individual will partner closely with cross-functional teams to drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis while improving visibility into costs, profitability, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support  budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field 
  • Approximately 3+ years of financial analysis or FP&A experience (manufacturing environment preferred) 
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling 
  • Experience with variance analysis, cost tracking, and profitability analysis 
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems (ERP experience preferred) 
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills 
  • Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to non-financial stakeholders 
  • Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Position Overview

  

The Program Manager owns the full lifecycle of medium to large, complex programs, with full accountability for performance, financial outcomes, and customer satisfaction. This role leads cross-functional teams, manages program risks, and ensures execution aligns with both business objectives and customer expectations.

As the primary customer interface, the Program Manager drives operational excellence, program delivery, and continuous improvement while maintaining full P&L ownership.

  

Key Responsibilities

  • Own overall program performance, including financials, execution, and customer satisfaction 
  • Lead cross-functional teams, including Project Managers and Integrated Product Team (IPT) leaders 
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and key stakeholders 
  • Develop and manage program plans, schedules, and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) 
  • Monitor financial performance, forecasts, and variances; implement corrective actions as needed 
  • Manage program risks, mitigation strategies, and critical path execution 
  • Lead program reviews and milestone gates (PDR, CDR, PRR), including status reporting 
  • Ensure scope control, contract alignment, and effective change management processes 
  • Coordinate resources across teams and resolve execution challenges 
  • Establish and track KPIs to drive performance and continuous improvement 
  • Provide coaching, development, and performance feedback to team members 
  • Deliver quarterly financial updates and long-term program projections 

  

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Engineering preferred) 
  • 5+ years of program management experience, preferably in aerospace or a similar environment 
  • Strong expertise in program management methodologies and financial management (P&L ownership) 
  • Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and developing talent 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Experience with risk management, scope control, and change management 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite 
  • Familiarity with Lean principles and continuous improvement (preferred) 
  • PMP or similar certification (preferred, not required) 
  • Ability to travel up to 30–40%
